Alaark has capabilities to assist you with die cast mold dies. Alaark employs the newest equipment such as a CNC die sinker and 4-axis machining center. With the CNC die sinker we are able to burn threads in hardened steel, in addition, we also build die cast dies for aluminum, repair dies and manufacture cam followers.

Our capabilities have grown in the past 5 years. We have acquired two additional 4-axis wire EDM machines for a grand total of three 4-axis wire EDM machines, one of which is a submersible wire EDM. We have experienced programmers and machine operators able to handle our customer's needs.
